Ingredients
- Lobster tails
- Garlic butter (optional)
- Salt
- Pepper
- Paprika
Instructions
Prepping Your Stars:
- Start with your majestic lobster tails – give them a good wash. 🌊
- Now, let’s get personal with them. Split the shell down the middle; gently pull that gorgeous meat up and let it rest on its shell throne. 🦞 (That’s the secret hack for an impressive presentation!)
Let’s Get Brushin’ and Seasonin’:
- Melt that golden garlic butter and give your lobster tails a generous brush. Coat them like you're painting a masterpiece – because you are. 🎨
- Now, sprinkle on salt, pepper, and a dash of paprika. It’s like fairy dust for foodies.
Grilling Time:
- Fire up your Blackstone Grill – we’re going for a cozy 275 degrees F. Let that grill get hot and ready for what's coming. 🔥
- Gently lay those tails on the grill grates, close the lid, and let the magic happen for 10 tantalizing minutes. It’s all about that slow and steady heat.
- Flip those lobsters over and let them grill for another 10. Time to get those shells blushing a lobster-red. ❤️
- Show some love – rotate them for even cooking. You’re not just grilling; you’re crafting an experience.
Pro-tip: This is a great time to mingle, share a laugh, or dance to your favorite tune – just enjoy the moment!
The Grand Finale:
- After those 10 minutes, it’s the moment of truth. Are the shells red? Is the meat opaque with joy? If yes, it’s time to plate up. 🍽️
- Serve these grilled beauties with a side of – you guessed it – more garlic butter. Because why not double dip into deliciousness?
Remember: The safe internal temperature for fully cooked lobster is 140 degrees F, just in case you want to check with a thermometer.
Notes
- Do not overcook them as they will become rubbery if you do.
- Brush with more garlic butter immediately before flipping.

Blackstone Betty
Hi Fred, Yes, we made them on the Blackstone grill. B.ut I don't see why you couldn't make them on them griddle. Just be sure it is well oiled. Or use the Traeger grill. That is on my wish list. Let me know how they come out
