Blackstone Grill Pork Chops Recipe
Foil Pack Blackstone Grill Pork Chops, tender, juicy pork chops with savory spices, irresistible flavor in every bite, grilled to perfection.
Ingredients
- 1 pound of pork chops on the bone
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 tsp. dried parsley
- ½ tsp. allspice
- 1 tsp. paprika
- ½ tsp. granulated garlic
- half a head of garlic
Instructions
- Remove the skin from the pork chop. This is easy to do with a sharp knife. Blot the pork in a paper towel.
- Preheat the grill to medium.
- Place the pork chops in a bowl, and pour in the oil and spices. Add soy sauce. Spread ingredients evenly over the surface of the meat. Allow to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Spread the foil and lay the marinated meat on it. Finely slice the garlic. Top the pork with the garlic cloves and a sprig of thyme.
