Blackstone Grill Chicken Fajita Kabobs; marinated tender chicken, a blend of spices and seasonings, crisp bell peppers, and sweet onions.
Ingredients
- 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into 1 to 2 inch pieces
- 3 tablespoons taco seasoning blend
- 2 green bell peppers, seeded and cut into 1 to 2 inch pieces
- 2 red bell peppers, seeded and cut into 1 to 2 inch pieces
- 1 white onion, cut into 1 to 2 inch pieces
Instructions
- In a gallon size freezer bag, combine the chicken and seasoning. Close the bag and shake until the chicken is well coated. Refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours.
- Prepare the skewers by alternating the vegetables and chicken.
