These keto-friendly blackened salmon foil packets made in the Blackstone Air Fryer are a satisfying meatless option and perfectly cooked.
Ingredients
- 2 Skin on or off salmon fillets
- 1 C. Broccoli florets
- ½ Red bell pepper cut into large chunks
- ¼ Onion sliced
- 3 tsp. Blackened seasoning divided
- 1 Tbsp. Butter divided
- Tin Foil
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees.
- Lay two long sheets of tin foil on a flat surface.
- Place half of the broccoli, red peppers and onion into the center of each one and sprinkle with 1 teaspoon of the blackened seasoning.
- Season the salmon with the remaining blackened seasoning, and place on top of the vegetables on the tin foil.
- Add ½ tablespoon of butter to the top of each piece of salmon.
- Fold the two long ends of the foil up, and roll them closed.
- Roll up the sides of the foil to close, and form a packet.
- Place the packets into the air fryer, and cook for 15 minutes.
- Open the packets, and cook uncovered for another 3-5 minutes.
